SEO Director

Serptopia is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in search engine optimization, data analytics, and growth strategies. As we expand our presence in Qatar, we are looking for a visionary SEO Director to lead our search strategy, drive organic growth, and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Role Overview

The SEO Director will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple projects and industries. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive high-impact organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
• Manage keyword research, content strategy, and optimization efforts
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Lead SEO audits, site analysis, and competitor research
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams
• Manage and mentor the SEO team to ensure high performance
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving rankings
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market
• Background in digital marketing agencies or performance marketing
• Familiarity with content marketing and conversion optimization
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
