Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced SEO strategies to boost rankings, increase quality traffic, and drive conversions.

Lead on-page and off-page optimization initiatives including technical SEO, content structuring, and backlink development.

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to shape content strategy.

Perform site audits to fix crawling, indexing, mobile usability, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.

Apply technical SEO best practices such as schema markup, structured data, and canonicalization.

Optimize landing pages and content to strengthen E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).

Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.

Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align SEO with overall business goals.

Guide and mentor junior SEO team members where needed.

Develop and execute Local SEO strategies.

Strong understanding Semantic SEO, GEO, and AEO.

Develop and implement Semantic SEO strategies to build topical authority and improve content discoverability.

Design and optimize content clusters, pillar pages, and entity-based structures aligned with search intent.

Requirements:

2-4 years of SEO experience, preferably in healthcare.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and search intent.

Hands-on expertise in technical SEO (site architecture, JavaScript SEO, page speed, structured data).

Proficiency with SEO tools (GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).

Familiarity with content marketing, CRO, and local SEO practices.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
