SEO Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth and improving search visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of both technical and content-based SEO strategies, along with the ability to deliver measurable results across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search rankings.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO with a solid understanding of search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate effectively within the EST time zone.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content marketing and digital campaign optimization.
• Understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and AI-based SEO tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistent results.
