Job Title: SEO Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that boost website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search performance.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and overall on-page performance.
• Develop and execute Off-Page SEO initiatives such as link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable improvements.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
