SEO Expert - On page-Off page

Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented and data-driven SEO Expert who has a deep understanding of both On-Page and Off-Page optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings and organic traffic across major search networks.

If you know how to audit a site, fix technical bottlenecks, build high-quality contextual backlinks, and rank competitive keywords on a national scale, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Page Optimization:
• Conduct thorough keyword research and strategy to identify high-converting opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal linking structure, and URLs.
• Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Monitor and improve on-page signals, readability, and keyword density without stuffing.
• Off-Page & Link Building:
• Develop and execute a clean, white-hat link-building strategy.
• Acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and niche edits.
• Perform competitor backlink analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profiles to ensure toxic links are disavowed.
• Technical & Analytics:
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Use premium SEO tools effectively (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Track Record: A solid portfolio of ranking competitive keywords and increasing organic traffic.
• Technical Skills: Strong command over Google Search Console, Analytics, and industry-standard tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
• Mindset: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a self-driven approach to solving ranking issues.
