We’re seeking a results-driven SEO & Growth Manager who can take ownership of our organic growth strategy, strengthen our digital presence, and directly impact revenue outcomes. This role blends SEO leadership, team management, and SaaS sales alignment, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both technical and business-driven environments.

What You’ll Do
SEO Strategy & Growth
Define and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and on-page/off-page optimization to capture growth opportunities.
Continuously analyze performance using SEO/analytics tools and refine strategies based on insights.
Ensure SEO initiatives are fully integrated into the broader digital growth roadmap.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor an SEO team to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
Set clear goals, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Encourage innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of industry changes.
SaaS & Revenue Alignment
Partner with sales and business development teams to align SEO with lead generation and pipeline growth.
Create SEO-driven campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral that convert traffic into qualified SaaS leads.
Collaborate with outbound sales teams to ensure SEO supports prospecting and deal acquisition.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with product, content, design, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Integrate SEO strategies with paid campaigns, demand generation, and content marketing.
Advocate for data-driven decision-making to ensure organic growth contributes directly to business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven industries.
Strong track record of leading SEO strategies that drove traffic and revenue growth.
Prior experience managing teams and building high-performance environments.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
Solid understanding of SaaS sales funnels, outbound sales, and lead generation.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and cross-functional environment.
