Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing SEO strategy
• Proven success in SEO 
• Familiarity with relevant tools (ie: Deep Crawl, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Stat, ahrefs, Seo Monitor, etc)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of research principles and methods.
• Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
• Experienced with Google Analytics 
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy & plans
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance to improve rankings
• Responsibility for sustainable conversion and organic traffic growth
• Define and implement strategies to expand in a saturated market
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Conduct keyword research in coordination with the content team to optimize existing content or/and uncover new opportunities
• Develop and implement link building campaigns.
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional team members (content team, data entry team, developers, etc) to develop and execute SEO and growth strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
