We are a fast-growing packaging company committed to delivering high-quality services and building strong digital presence. To scale our growth, we are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager who can take ownership of our search engine strategy, boost rankings, and drive measurable results.

Position Overview

The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO. You will collaborate with our content, marketing, and development teams to ensure consistent implementation of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize content.
• Oversee on-page optimization, including meta tags, site architecture, content optimization, and internal linking.
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and partnerships.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site performance, speed, and crawlability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure all new content is SEO-friendly and aligned with strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO performance.
• Timings: 6PM-2AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
