Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Salary: PKR 130,000 – 150,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are a growing Canadian company looking for a highly experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic search strategy. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, and proven experience working with Canadian and/or U.S. brands.

We are specifically looking for a senior-level SEO professional who understands competitive search markets and has a track record of driving measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes across websites
• Lead keyword research, content planning, and on-page optimization initiatives
• Manage backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies
• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends, crawl issues, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Optimize local SEO strategies for Canadian and U.S. markets
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Create and manage SEO reporting dashboards with actionable insights
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices
• Develop scalable SEO processes and long-term organic growth strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Must have worked with Canadian or U.S.-based brands
• Strong experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization
• Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and increasing organic traffic
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, indexing, crawlability, and search intent
• Experience with ecommerce SEO, local SEO, and competitive niches preferred
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage SEO strategy from planning to execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, or custom CMS platforms
• Familiarity with CRO and UX optimization
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
• Experience managing SEO campaigns with measurable ROI
