Position: SEO & Growth Marketer/Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to manage data, performance marketing campaigns, and search engine growth for multiple SMB clients. This role focuses on execution, optimization, and measurable outcomes, including improving website rankings, increasing clicks and conversions, and delivering consistent ROI.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and website audits, and can independently manage international clients while driving top search performance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle marketing data, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for leads, traffic, and conversions
- Implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Achieve Top 3–4 Google rankings for priority keywords
- Improve click-through rates (CTR), impressions, and website traffic
- Conduct detailed website audits to identify technical issues and SEO gaps
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and strategy refinement
- Create and update SEO-optimized website content and blogs
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage multiple SMB client accounts simultaneously
- Lead international client meetings independently and communicate performance updates
- Coordinate with design, creative, and tech teams for campaign execution
- Manage Apollo & Go High Level email outreach campaigns
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and paid ads optimization
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve results
- Excellent English communication for international client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO & Paid Ads (Google/Meta)
- Proven track record of achieving top search rankings and high-performing campaigns
- Experience with website audits, analytics, and content optimization
- Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
