SEO & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of SEO & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Livermore, California.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines, conducting keyword research and developing SEO strategies in order to improve organic ranking
• Manage technical SEO tasks such as site audits, link building, and page speed optimization
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, including managing daily postings and engagement across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborate interdepartmentally with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and messaging
• Monitor industry trends, conversations, and competitors to inform campaigns
• Conduct analytics and results reporting on campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools; using results to provide insights to improve ROI and support data-driven decisions
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO and social media management
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub for posting, campaign management, and SEO analytics
• Proficiency with additional SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, B2B marketing, or professional services preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
