Job Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who can lead with strategy and deliver measurable organic performance. This is not just a checkbox role—we need someone who can build and execute a clear SEO roadmap that improves rankings, drives qualified traffic, and generates real leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals and focused on organic growth.
• Identify high-performing keywords, target opportunities, and prioritize SEO tasks based on impact and ROI.
• Conduct detailed technical SEO audits to improve site structure, crawlability, site speed, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure all content is optimized for both search engines and user intent.
• Execute on-page SEO enhancements, including metadata optimization, header tags, internal linking, and URL structure.
• Build and manage effective link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and SERP presence.
• Monitor SEO trends and algorithm updates; adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with design, development, and content teams to maintain SEO best practices across platforms.
• Optimize local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business and other local listings for regional visibility.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong portfolio of results.
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
