Job Summary:

Cplus Soft is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and improve our online presence across search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase website visibility, traffic, and ranking performance for both in-house and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to guide content and strategy.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for higher search rankings.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
• Conduct regular website audits and recommend improvements for SEO performance.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, search trends, and ranking performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all deliverables.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and digital marketing techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (preferably in a software or digital marketing company).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment.
