Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SEO Specialists who are thinkers, not just task-doers. This role is for professionals who can execute SOP-driven SEO work and proactively share insights, recommendations, and POVs.

If you’re someone who simply follows instructions, this role is not for you.We want SEO experts who think critically, communicate clearly, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize service landing pages based on provided SOPs and keyword strategies
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including:
• Proper heading structure
• Internal linking strategies
• Metadata optimization
• Schema placement
• Optimize pages for:
• Search intent
• Local SEO
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Work with HIPAA-aware, compliance-minded SEO practices for behavioral health clients
• Proactively share SEO insights, recommendations, and improvement ideas
• Attend all scheduled calls (strict policy - no tolerance for no-shows)
• Collaborate within an agency production workflow

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven SEO experience
• Case studies & real results are mandatory (no exceptions)
• Experience in:
• Healthcare, addiction treatment, or regulated industries (preferred)
• Agency environments and production workflows
• Strong understanding of:
• Schema markup implementation
• Local SEO strategies
• Conversion rate optimization for service-based businesses
• Excellent communication and accountability

Hiring Process

• Intro interview with the SEO Manager
• Assignment for shortlisted candidates
• In-depth interview to discuss assignment & POV
• Final interview with the CEO
