SEO Specialist

Job Title: Freelance SEO Specialist (Remote) Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ Years of Hands-On SEO Experience

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and scale organic growth across multiple websites. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, understands search intent and E-E-A-T, and is comfortable working with AI-powered SEO tools.

You will take ownership of SEO performance, from keyword research and content strategy to technical audits, link acquisition, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution

• Manage SEO for multiple websites simultaneously
• Perform keyword research and map keywords to search intent
• Optimize pages for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness)
• Create and maintain strong internal linking structures
• Develop and execute monthly SEO & content strategies

Content & On-Page SEO

• Write and optimize SEO-friendly, user-focused articles
• Optimize existing pages for search intent and conversions
• Ensure on-page best practices (meta tags, headings, schema, content structure)

Technical SEO

• Run recurring technical audits and maintain high site health
• Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and page speed
• Fix crawlability, indexing, and site structure issues
• Coordinate with developers to implement SEO fixes and ensure best practices in new pages, landing pages, and releases

Local SEO

• Optimize and rank Google My Business (GMB) profiles
• Improve local visibility, reviews, citations, and map rankings

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Create and execute a link acquisition strategy
• Build high-quality backlinks through:
• Digital PR
• Outreach & partnerships
• Guest posting
• Credible business listings
• Monitor backlink health and remove toxic links when required

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

• Set up and maintain SEO tracking systems
• Monitor performance using:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush

Tools & Skills Required:

• Proven experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO, content, and analysis
• Excellent understanding of Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
