SEO SPECIALIST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is currently residing in Bahrain and has a proven track record in SEO, ready to hit the ground running. You will take full ownership of search engine optimization strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and enhance overall search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal linking for improved performance.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl issues) and recommend fixes.
• Build and manage high‑quality backlink profiles and outreach campaigns.
• Track, analyze and report on SEO metrics and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support SEO‑friendly content and site structure.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with strong results in organic search improvements.
• Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors, on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain and able to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in local SEO and understanding of the GCC market.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
