Job Overview

Marcem Event Solutions is seeking a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to improve our website rankings, generate organic leads, and strengthen our digital presence.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research focused on event industry & corporate clients
• Optimize website content for higher rankings and conversions
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (speed, indexing, schema, etc.)
• Improve Google rankings for high-intent keywords
• Build high-quality backlinks
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Develop content strategy aligned with search intent
• Generate organic leads and track ROI

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console
• Knowledge of WordPress optimization
• Understanding of local SEO (especially Karachi-based targeting)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ranking service-based businesses
• Knowledge of conversion optimization
• Basic understanding of paid ads is a plus
