SEO Specialist (Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Focus)

We are seeking a data-driven and technically proficient SEO Specialist responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and generating high-converting leads. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and full-funnel digital marketing integration.

This role requires deep understanding of search engine algorithms, website architecture, keyword intelligence, performance tracking, and conversion optimization strategies.

This is an ONSITE role based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Timings: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Key Responsibilities1. Technical SEO

  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site architecture).
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and page speed.
  • Implement structured data (Schema.org markup).
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, hreflang.
  • Fix crawl errors, redirect chains, duplicate content issues.
  • Conduct log file analysis to improve crawl budget efficiency.
  • Work with developers to implement SEO best practices.

2. On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

  • Conduct advanced keyword research (transactional, commercial, informational intent).
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers (H1-H6), and internal linking.
  • Develop topical authority clusters and pillar page strategies.
  • Optimize content for featured snippets and AI-driven SERP features.
  • Perform content gap and competitor analysis.
  • Improve CTR via SERP optimization techniques.

3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

  • Develop ethical link-building strategies (white-hat outreach).
  • Manage backlink profile and disavow toxic links.
  • Execute digital PR and guest posting campaigns.
  • Monitor domain authority, referring domains, and anchor text distribution.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Align SEO strategy with sales funnel and buyer personas.
  • Optimize landing pages for lead capture (CRO principles).
  • Implement A/B testing for meta titles and landing pages.
  • Track conversion metrics (MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead).
  • Integrate SEO with email marketing, paid campaigns, and remarketing.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion events.
  • Build SEO dashboards using Data Studio / Looker.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for organic campaigns.
  • Provide monthly performance and forecasting reports.

6. Digital Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with PPC teams to leverage keyword intelligence.
  • Support social media amplification strategies.
  • Implement local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Manage multi-channel attribution modeling.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of search engine ranking algorithms.
  • Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
  • Knowledge of API-based SEO data extraction (optional but preferred).
  • Understanding of schema markup and structured data testing.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience.
  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or competitive markets.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and qualified leads.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in organic traffic (MoM and YoY).
  • Increase in keyword rankings (Top 3 / Top 10).
  • Improvement in domain authority.
  • Increase in organic lead conversions.
  • Reduction in bounce rate and improvement in dwell time.
  • ROI from organic search channel.
