SEO Specialist Intern - Remote

Overview

Flomad Labs R&D is seeking an SEO Specialist Intern to help strengthen our digital visibility and organic growth across AI, robotics, and emerging technology platforms. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and web development teams to enhance website performance, optimize content for search, and analyze data to guide ongoing SEO strategy.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to master technical and analytical aspects of SEO - while applying them in real-world, innovation-driven contexts. You’ll learn to connect data insights with creative execution and see your work directly impact user reach and engagement.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop optimization strategies aligned with brand objectives and content goals.
• Enhance on-page elements including titles, metadata, internal links, and content structure to improve search rankings.
• Support technical SEO initiatives—analyzing site speed, crawlability, schema, and mobile performance.
• Track and evaluate SEO metrics such as traffic, engagement, and ranking performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
• Explore AI-driven SEO tools to automate keyword clustering, optimize metadata, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Research algorithm updates and emerging search trends to ensure Flomad’s websites remain competitive and discoverable.

Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in both content and technical tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in marketing, content, and development.
• Curiosity about AI-powered SEO automation, data-driven marketing, and emerging search technologies.
