Seo Specialist (Night Shift)

Are you an SEO pro who lives and breathes rankings, traffic, and conversions? We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who understands that SEO isn’t just about keywords—it’s about strategy, execution, and ROI.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that actually move the needle (organic traffic, leads, and sales).
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
• Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headings, content structure, and site architecture.
• Build and manage white-hat link-building campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay on top of Google’s algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven SEO experience with measurable results (rankings, traffic, conversions).
• Deep understanding of both on-page & off-page SEO as well as technical SEO.
• Hands-on knowledge of site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
• Strong communication skills—you can explain SEO wins (and challenges) clearly to non-SEO people.
• Someone who thinks strategically but can also roll up their sleeves and get things done.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with content strategy and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
• Familiarity with eCommerce SEO (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
• Ability to work alongside paid media and email marketing teams for integrated growth.
