About this job:

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

● On-Page SEO includes optimizing content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve relevance and user experience.

● Technical SEO involves enhancing site architecture, crawlability, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data to ensure search engines can efficiently index and rank the website.

● Lead and mentor the SEO team to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution.

● Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.

● Monitor and report on SEO performance, implementing improvements as needed.

● Plan and manage outreach and guest posting campaigns.

● Build and nurture relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters for high-quality link acquisition.

● Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and ensure compliance with best practices.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to deliver SEO-optimized outputs.

● Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to boost organic traffic and rankings.

Requirements:

● 4–5 years of proven SEO experience, including team leadership.

● Strong hands-on expertise in outreach and guest posting.

● Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

● Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

● Experience managing UK-based SEO projects is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Location: Office No 11,12 Ground Floor, Grand Millennium Hotel, Davis Road, Lahore.

Office Timings UK Based: April to October (12:30pm to 9:30pm), November to March (1:30pm to 10:30pm).

Salary: 100k Plus
