SEO Team lead

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven SEO Team Lead to join our growing digital marketing team. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility. You will lead a team of SEO specialists, guiding initiatives across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across all key areas: technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page outreach.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SEO team to consistently meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform regular website audits and monitor site health to ensure adherence to search engine guidelines and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues including crawl errors, indexing problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Stay on top of evolving SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and effective.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including a track record of leadership or team management.
• Deep understanding of SEO ranking factors, algorithm updates, and technical optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and results.
• Solid project management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
