SEO Team Lead – On-Page SEO Specialist (Mohali | Work From Office | 5 Days)

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Team Lead to drive and manage our overall SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in on-page SEO, combined with leadership abilities to guide a team of SEO professionals. This role is crucial in boosting organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and optimizing website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve the company’s SEO strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Analysts and Executives.
• Oversee and execute on-page SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and meta tag creation.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and take data-driven actions for improvement.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in on-page SEO with a proven track record of results.
• Prior experience leading and managing SEO teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
