SEO Team Lead

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage an SEO team and multiple SEO projects simultaneously, driving organic growth, traffic, and lead generation for service-based and e-commerce websites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the SEO team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability
• Handle multiple SEO projects at the same time, ensuring timelines, quality, and benchmarks are met
• Define and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals and the Dubai market
• Ensure all websites are technically error-free, fast (≤3s), and SEO-ready
• Oversee on-page SEO, keyword growth, content alignment, and internal linking
• Drive authority growth through quality backlink strategies
• Coordinate with content, development, design, social media, and Google Ads teams
• Ensure SEO involvement in website launches, migrations, and Shopify builds
• Track performance and submit monthly SEO reports with clear improvements and action plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with team leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to manage multiple websites and projects concurrently
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, content SEO, and link building
• Experience with service-based and e-commerce SEO (Shopify preferred)
• Comfortable working with strict SOPs, targets, and performance accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
