Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative SEO & Web Development Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry to manage, optimise, and elevate our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic websites, executing advanced SEO strategies, enhancing online visibility, and driving qualified traffic that converts into leads and sales. This role requires a blend of technical web development expertise and digital marketing acumen, with a deep understanding of real estate project marketing, property portals, and online lead generation.


Major Tasks / Responsibilities

1 Website Development & Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites using modern frameworks (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
  • Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimisation, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Manage hosting, domain configurations, and website backups.
  • Create and maintain project landing pages for real estate developments and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement SEO best practices within website architecture, metadata, and content structure.
  • Ensure all property listings and project pages are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and downloadable brochures.

2 Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored for the real estate market.
  • Conduct regular keyword research focused on property-related searches, Dubai communities, and investment trends.
  • Optimise website content, meta titles, descriptions, and tags for better SERP performance.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks, local citations, and directory listings.
  • Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
  • Conduct regular website audits and ensure Google indexing and technical SEO health.
  • Track, measure, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.


3 Content & Digital Optimisation:

  • Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs, project descriptions, and marketing pages.
  • Implement structured data (Schema markup) for real estate listings.
  • Optimise images, videos, and property descriptions for faster loading and higher ranking.
  • Ensure alignment of website and SEO strategies with paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

4 Real Estate Portal Management:

  • Manage and update property listings across major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Ensure all listings are optimised with correct titles, tags, and SEO-driven descriptions.
  • Track lead generation from portals and integrate with CRM (Salesforce or similar systems).
  • Track customer interactions and provide insights for personalised engagement.

5 Technical & Analytical Reporting:

  • Monitor website performance, uptime, and security compliance.
  • Implement analytics tracking (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting website traffic, SEO growth, and conversion metrics.
  • Recommend and execute continuous improvements for website UX/UI and lead conversion rate.


6 Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and CRM teams to align web and SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and web technologies.
  • Research competitor strategies and recommend actionable insights for better digital positioning.


Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SEO Executive / Web Developer, preferably in the Real Estate industry (Dubai market experience is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience managing real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
  • Understanding of CRM integrations (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong understanding of real estate project marketing, property listings, and digital lead funnels.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and website performance optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Google Analytics / SEO / WordPress certifications are an added advantage.
