Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Experience in upselling menu items and promoting guest engagement is a plus
• Ability to handle food preparation tasks when required and support kitchen staff during busy hours
