Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, guest-obsessed Server who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere and loves creating memorable experiences. This is not just about taking orders—it's about bringing the vibe, reading the room, building relationships with guests, and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality from first greeting to final farewell.
• Create genuine connections with guests and provide personalized service.
• Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence during busy shifts.
• Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
• Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Represent the Coco Maya brand with professionalism, personality, and confidence.

What We're Looking For
