Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements efficiently
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Mix cocktails, pour beverages, and manage bar inventory with precision and attention to detail
• Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or nightclub nights

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math understanding are essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment using excellent time management skills
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly; knowledge of brewing or beverage preparation is a plus
• Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales transactions
• Hospitality experience including restaurant experience or retail math knowledge is highly valued

Pay: $23.29 - $28.05 per hour
