Server/Waiter

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, service-driven Server who enjoys building relationships with seniors and creating a positive, home-like dining atmosphere. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys meaningful conversation. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.We also offer differential pay to team members who have cooking experience and are willing and able to assist on the kitchen line during busy shifts or staff shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents warmly and provide efficient, friendly meal service
• Build rapport with residents and learn their meal preferences and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining room environment
• Accurately take and deliver meal and beverage orders
• Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
• Communicate any resident concerns or special requests to kitchen and care staff
• Optional: Assist with cooking line during peak hours or as needed (additional pay provided)
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working with older adults and supporting those with mobility or health needs
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Cooking or line experience preferred for those interested in differential pay opportunities
• Must pass background check and health screenings per state regulations
