Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold food safety standards throughout the dining experience, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in Korean Restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to help fellow staff members as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as required by the role.
• Must over 21 years old for managing alcohol sales or have Tam card
