Server/Waiter/Waitress - Cafe Experience required

The Server / Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining area.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report major issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate billing and process payments efficiently.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Basic math skills for handling cash/card payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
