Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the Sales Staff for Lease replacements, lease expired, new lease deliveries, lease renewals etc.
- Schedule and coordinate lease replacement, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the service team to meet department goals and objectives, actively contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

- Available to join immediately
- 3+ years of experience in client & operations coordination or a similar role.
- Proven experience in Customer Service and vehicle leasing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
