Service Advisor

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Staff for Lease replacements, lease expired, new lease deliveries, lease renewals etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate lease replacement, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the service team to meet department goals and objectives, actively contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Desired Candidate

  • Available to join immediately
  • 3+ years of experience in client & operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and vehicle leasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
