Service Advisor

You'll be part of a collaborative Aftersales department, reporting to the Assistant Aftersales Manager or Aftersales Manager. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining top scores in customer satisfaction and principal's dealer clinic activities.

Required Skills to Be Successful

• DAE Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Consultant in a reputable automotive dealership
• Proficiency in PC skills/MS Office and the ability to use a Dealer Management System (DMS) with minimal training
• Technical understanding of automotive service requirements
