Al-Futtaim Automotive is a leading automotive provider in the UAE, operating Toyota dealerships and aftersales across the region.

Overview of the Role

The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for customers at Toyota Aftersales Retail. They build long term customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and achieve service and sales revenue targets. The role requires active interaction with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless service process from consultation to vehicle delivery, enhancing retention, accurate delivery, and complaints handling, contributing to the Customer Service Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

What You Will Do
  • Build long term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Actively engage with customers through consultation to ensure their needs are met and service requirements are understood.
  • Achieve financial objectives by upselling and managing discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates and maintain on time delivery commitments.
  • Provide detailed explanations of all work performed and costs at vehicle delivery.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to improve service value and NPS.
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and basic Arabic.
  • Technical proficiency in automotive service processes.
  • Ability to upsell and manage revenue targets effectively.
What Qualifies You For the Role
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferable).
  • Fluent in English with basic Arabic speaking skills.
