Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Perform job card write-ups, accurately entering customer information including name, address, contact details, date, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the Foreman to determine the scope of work required and prepare corresponding job cards.
• Secure customer signatures on job cards before starting work.
• Make initial evaluations on whether the required work is under warranty or customer-paid.
• Obtain prior repair approval from customers when needed.
• Review the customer's service history to determine if current issues have been previously reported or addressed.
• Advise customers on required service types and overall vehicle performance.
• Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (After Sales) to resolve complaints or concerns.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Respective Supervisor or Service Manager.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position

Languages:

Fluency in Arabic and English

Software:

Computer Literate
