Service and Parts Coordinator

Job Summary
The Service and Parts Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily service operations by managing parts inventory, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and drivers. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent communication.

Duties

  • Coordinate service appointments
  • Order, track, and manage parts inventory to ensure availability
  • Process work orders, service documentation, and invoices
  • Communication regarding service updates, parts availability, and timelines
  • Assist in warranty claims and returns processing
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate with the office to order new license plates and ensure installation when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
