Summary Description


Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate supply of spare parts to distributors and ASPs.

Major Duties & Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding spare parts requirements.
  • Manage and forecast spare parts demand based on historical consumption trends & educate distributors/ASPs.
  • Process and fulfill spare parts orders with a focus on lead time reduction.
  • Maintain and update inventory control systems, including parts data, pricing, and exploded views.
  • Communicate discontinued items, backorder updates, and availability status to distributors.
  • Develop product knowledge and maintain parts history records.
  • Coordinate all spare parts transactions, including order receipt, PI issuance, and PO follow-ups.
  • Raise purchase orders to factories and track dispatches until delivery.
  • Provide accurate cost information and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure accurate packing, dispatch, and delivery of parts.
  • Accept direction, follow instructions & work well with other people.
  • Support initiatives to increase revenue through spare parts and accessories sales.


Qualifications & Job Requirements


  • Graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in SP coordination or service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a wide customer base.
  • Knowledge and experience of consumer durable industries spare parts management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Russian.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
