Service Coordinator

Jaypee India Limited is looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage customer service operations and coordinate field service engineers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle client calls professionally, and excellent planning skills to allocate service engineers efficiently.

This role plays a key part in ensuring timely service support, customer satisfaction, and smooth field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls regarding service complaints, breakdowns, and maintenance requests.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand technical issues and record accurate service details.
  • Plan and assign service engineers based on:
  • Location
  • Priority level
  • Skillset
  • Availability
  • Prepare daily movement plans for service engineers.
  • Track and monitor:
  • Engineer location
  • Work status
  • Service completion reports
  • Ensure proper follow-up with customers after service completion.
  • Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams for urgent requirements.
  • Maintain service records, call logs, and job cards.
  • Ensure quick response time and reduce service delays.
  • Prepare daily/weekly service performance reports for management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and planning ability.
  • Basic technical understanding of construction equipment (preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
