Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary: Coordinate Service work done at site and ensure it complies with company's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
Main Accountabilities:
HSE
· Ensures Engineers site mobilization by assigning appropriate transportation support.
· Coordinate company HSE team for HSE Hours monthly reporting by end of each month.
Customer focus
Service Delivery
. Works with Project managers to schedule project support where FSE’s are utilized.
Service Excellence
· Ensures Service entries are obtained from customers and invoice done in timely manner.
· Monthly Tracking of Service Contracts utilization with Service Manager and plan corrective actions.
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduate in Electrical/ Electronic / instrumentation Engineering
· Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in Service management / coordination especially with Automation related systems (Control systems/PLC / DCS/ SCADA)
· Preferred experience in Oil & Gas / Power & Water industry.
· Good hands own experience in ERP systems ( SAP ) for order handling . service handling , PR/PO creation, Service Entries, and invoicing
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
