Service Coordinator - Gensets

• Individual be graduate, i.e., BA/BCOM/BTech/DAE with 1-2 years of experience in coordination, and back office support roles.
• Responsible for coordinating, organizing and managing all activities related to service calls.
• Correspondence with customers and designate service technicians according in order ensure efficient and effective after sales support
