Service Delivery & HR Operations Lead

ACWA Power is seeking an experienced Service Delivery & HR Operations Lead to lead and further strengthen our global HR Operations and Shared Services model.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across regions, driving operational excellence, and enabling scale through standardized processes, governance, and technology. The role will partner closely with Regional HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and key business stakeholders and will be based in Dubai, UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, and Shared Services within ACWA Power
  • Design, implement, and govern SLAs, service standards, and performance metrics across Corporate and Regional HR Operations
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and HR transformation initiatives
  • Lead the transition and expansion of HR Shared Services and off-shoring activities across strategic locations
  • Oversee HR Operations budgets including staffing, OPEX, and CAPEX
  • Ensure effective management of HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and selected governmental relations
  • Partner with HRIS teams to optimize HR systems and data (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors)
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing HR Operations teams globally


Candidate Profile

  • Must have a minimum of 10+ years of progressive Human Resources (HR Generalist / Operations) and project management experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in HR Shared Services, Service Delivery, or Global HR Operations.
  • Strong capability in process optimization, standardization, re-engineering, and scaling of HR services.
  • Previous experience in managing international offshore and outsourced teams, including KPI and SLA optimization and set up.
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. Previous experience with system integration and optimization.
  • Understanding of a full employee life cycle and its management through HRIS.
  • Experience in using AI for optimized results.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferred; CIPD or equivalent certification advantageous.
  • 3–5+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
