Job Summary:
The Service Desk Administration Analyst is responsible for processing all user access provisioning setup forms for network access and updates internal intranet sites to reflect provisioning work completed. Responsible for generating various reports for management as well as periodic audit reviews.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Periodically generates user reports for business management to review access levels based on least privilege
  • Communicates with team members and Service Desk Administration Lead to ensure understanding of appropriate review processes
  • Interdepartmental communication between business management to verify necessary audit information
  • Maintains working knowledge of Internal Audit and IT Service Desk guidelines; Active Directory experience
  • Updates internal intranet sites to reflect provisioning work completed
  • Processes all user access provisioning setup forms for network access
  • Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual audit reviews
  • Manages workload as delegated by User Provisioning Administration Lead
  • Utilizes on-the-job training resources to advance knowledge within user access provisioning field
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in related field
  • Preferred Minimum of 6-9 months experience as Service Desk Technician I or II
