Roles & Responsibility

• Product collection for service from assigned racks on daily basis.
• Diagnose product complaint and identify which component has issue.
• Follow CS application for monitoring pending tasks.
• Ensure product service is completed as per Journey plan assigned
• Identify out of warranty service jobs, if product is misused by customer.
• Interact with end customers regarding product complaint queries and out of warranty service charges / part cost.
• Handover service product to collection team.
• Maintain TAT & Productivity of assigned calls without repeat complaints

Qualification:- Diploma(Electronics)

Experience :- 1 to 5 Years(Native Experience is Accepted)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
