Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our Service team. The role involves the repair, calibration, and maintenance of precision survey instruments, ensuring our clients’ equipment performs with accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of survey instruments (e.g., total stations, GNSS systems, laser levels, theodolites).

Perform routine and advanced calibrations in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Maintain accurate service and calibration records.

Provide technical support and advice to customers on proper instrument use and care.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and service procedures.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

Strong technical aptitude with hands-on repair/maintenance experience (experience with survey instruments is a plus, but not mandatory).

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and calibration guidelines.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
