📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Khobar, Jeddah, Jizan and Riyadh / Saudi Arabia

💼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: Marine / Service Operations

🔧 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 5 years in a Service Management role (Marine Industry preferred)

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: AED 15000-20000 PM

🔧 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead and manage day-to-day service operations, technicians, and workshop activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer networks.

• Ensure top-notch service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute service strategies to meet company goals.

• Oversee team training, performance, and development.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Workshop teams for seamless operations.

💪 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙧:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Expertise in outboard/inboard engines and marine systems.

• Proficient in computer systems and documentation.

• Mercury Certification – Mandatory.

• Fluency in English & Arabic.

• Willingness to travel and work flexibly (weekends/holidays if needed).
