We are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our serviced apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and update listings on online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

· Handle guest communications, inquiries, and reviews promptly and professionally.

· Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out processes.

· Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and readiness of all apartments.

· Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.

· Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and coordinate with the sales/marketing team to maximize revenue.

· Maintain stock and inventory of amenities, linens, and supplies; ensure cost-effective usage.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.

· Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, or Airbnb-style property management.

· Strong knowledge of online booking systems (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

· Excellent communication and guest service skills.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

· Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
