Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

We are a leading car rental and leasing company in Oman, dedicated to providing high-quality mobility solutions and exceptional customer service. With a growing fleet and expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and service operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all cars are maintained to the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a service team efficiently while coordinating with suppliers and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service department.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for the fleet.

Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and spare parts vendors.

Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure timely repairs.

Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead and develop the service team (technicians, coordinators, etc.).

Control service costs and prepare monthly reports.

Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive service management (car rental or dealership experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and spare parts.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of fleet management systems is a plus.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
