Service of Process Specialist

The Service of Process Specialist is a critical role in the Process Department.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Entering and processing orders: Accurately enter and process orders received through various channels, including phone, email, and online systems. Typing speed a minimum of 45 WPM.

Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail: Verify order information. This requires strong attention to detail.

Maintaining timelines: Keep track of order status and follow up on any potential delays to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Updating clients: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on their order status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Working with a team: Liaise with other departments, such as other process departments, process servers and resolve any issues with an order.

Working in a fast-paced environment: Effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities to meet high-volume demands.

Utilizing strong communication skills: Clearly communicate with both internal and external, either over the phone or through email.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality with regards: all internal, external matters and other material as deemed necessary.

Maintain high level of proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite of applications and other proprietary software.

SUMMARY- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized self-starter to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive Microsoft Office skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of accuracy in both typing and written communication. A customer service oriented mindset is essential. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
