Service Operations Coordinator

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and availability.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking to assign and track service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt responses to service needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Required 1 year Service Titan experience
• Skilled in navigating complex technical scenarios to drive clear communication, cross-team collaboration, and organized execution.

• Ability to increase revenue opportunities through effective appointment scheduling

• Proficiency in dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
