Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operations of the technical service team (both field and office).

Oversee acceptance, fault diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes of incoming devices.

Review service reports and spare part requests; ensure accurate coordination with internal teams.

Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery at customer sites, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Track spare parts and consumables inventory; flag critical stock levels to management.

Ensure tools and equipment are regularly maintained and calibrated.

Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.

Plan travel schedules for field teams and ensure seamless service coverage.

Monitor team performance, identify development areas, and report training needs.

Maintain accurate digital service records (device history, reports, feedback, etc.).

Track service KPIs and report to management periodically.

Audit the proper and compliant use of company inventory.

Provide hands-on support in critical field operations when necessary.
Qualifications
-
Degree from Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Electronics, or related departments (University or Vocational School)

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and 10 years of total professional experience

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Proficient in MS Office tools

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel

Completed military service (for male candidates)
